Gables at Charlton Place Assisted Living Community, The

My Mother has been very loved by the dedicated staff and the residents of Charlton Place! Very welcoming atmosphere and clean as a pin! The rooms are spacious and have lots of light! Many exciting things happening due to the new leadership of Katrina!!! I've witnessed first hand her level of dedication to the betterment of the residents lives!! Thankful for Katrina's energy and love for the residents❤️

Katrina has been amazing helping our family navigate moving a family member into The Gables at Charlton Place.

We had an outstanding experience with The Gables at Charlton Place. From the very beginning, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. What truly stood out to us, however, was Ms. Katrina. She provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond for our family as we went back and forth gathering the documentation needed. She was patient, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Her willingness to answer questions promptly and ensure everything was handled correctly gave us peace of mind during an important decision. We are so grateful for her dedication and the excellent care shown to our family.

I cannot express the disappointment and lack of pure humanity my mother in law has received over the last two weeks. Understanding she would need to be relocated due to medical circumstances the administration treated her and her son with extreme disrespect. I hope no other family will experience this what we’ve been experienced over the last several weeks.

I recently spoke with Victoria who made me feel extremely assured and comfortable with the tough decisions we have to make as a family. She was very knowledgeable and friendly which put my mind at ease. I was also very impressed by the facilities. I can't say enough great things about this staff and location:)
