New owners already raising prices. This place talks a good talk when you take the tour but it is no better than a lesser expensive place. I wish I knew that. If you are comparing, take this one off the list. We've had several problems here.

My grandma reports that the staff here often respond to polite complaints about serious issues with angry demands for silence instead of effective solutions. These problems include failure to move a person back to their room for 45 minutes after requesting transport, consistently cold food, and lack of hot water in all units. These should be easy to address for a facility that is charging its residents $4000+ per head.
