I can’t say enough good things about Bois D’ Arc. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and reassured. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the well-being of every resident. My father has been living here for 3 years, and it’s been such a comfort knowing he is safe, supported, and happy.

Mom moved into Bois D’Arc earlier this month and we are so happy with her experience. She is always commenting on how nice the staff is as well as the other residents. She also enjoys the meals and the scheduled activities. We are thrilled that she is in such a safe and caring environment with people she feels connected to. Bois D’Arc prepares home cooked meals each day, manages her medications and even provides transportation to appointments and activities.

I am head over heels in love with this home- the setup, the staff, the management, the residents. They have a beautiful, fun, supportive culture- and it shows. The residents get to maintain as much independence as possible- but under the tender loving care of the staff that do clearly adore them. We occasionally get to refer back and forth between agencies- and I trust Carol 100%- and find her level of passion, expertise, and leadership unparalleled.

Bois D’Arc is such a loving place for my mom. Mon truly loves the staff and the facility. We love the intimacy and quietness of a smaller retirement home. The apartments are clean and spacious. The staff is very one on one and truly loves my mom. Mom loves the food and they even keep her favorite ice cream in the kitchen. We enjoy the many family days celebrating the holidays, when Carol throws a big lunch for everyone. I would recommend Bois D’Arc to anyone. What a great place in a great little Texas town.
