They have horrible service. The managers are rude, they took 6 months after my mother moved in to get her on the gate access dial. The tenets are rude as well and the managers are biased, they take one sided stories and write up notices without even asking my mother what happened. They broke the lease agreement multiple times and we moved out right after.

Very rude office staff! Ladies I hope you realize that you are working in an environment where people are getting old, and may have health issues. They need your compassion, and patience. Treat others as you want to be treated.

Well till this point I have been very pleased with Javier and Tony and maintenance in general. I could be much better if my carpet is exchanged for a new one, it is not filthy but looks wore out. That would really enhance my living. Best regards, Jorge Garibay Apt. 136 Vintage Gardens

My parents have lived at Vintage Gardens West Covina for many years. After our Mom passed in 2015 my Dad wanted to stay and downsize to a 1 bedroom apartment. I have always had a positive experience anytime any issues popped up. The office manager Melody is professional and very helpful and Javier and Tony have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to assist in any way.( Dad is HOH) and the grounds are well maintained. You have a great team working there!😊

Senior Apartment complex. Very clean and well kept. Not much parking for visitors. Tenants and maintenance men park their cars or extra car in the guest spaces leaving little or no parking for visitors at times. Mailroom and laundry rooms are locked up at 4:00pm during the week and locked during the weekends, so tenants have to walk around to the swimming pool entrance. Rent is high for a one bedroom $973.00.
