The Gardens Assisted Living staff goes above and beyond their duty to make each of their residents welcome and as comfortable as possibly. Allison, Mandi, Kim, Erin and many other staff treated my father like family, even though he was there for a short time. I knew he was being cared for as I lived out of state, that gave me peace and comfort.

Having been here staff are wonderful and willing to help where needed. Great clean facility. Residents are well taken care of.

My son is living there. His room is clean & he has access to meals 3 times a day. The menu is decent however there are no real alternative choices if when they serve as something like crab salad except for a small sandwich. My complaint is that each resident signs an agreement to follow their policies & procedures. One of those is for everyone to keep their TV's & radios turned down. There is a gentleman who refuses to cooperate & plays his TV at the loudest decibels 24/7. He has headphones to listen to his TV but refuses to do that too. The managers refuse to do anything to enforce their own policy. The staff will occasionally turn it down & he turns it right back up as soon as they leave. My son is kept up most of the day listening to this. He is as o tired by morning that he then sleeps thru breakfast & lunch. He keeps the rules but cannot get anyone to issue a warning or a fine or anything. The other people who lived in this room previously had the same complaint. They have told me that they can't reLly enforce much. I find that attitude extremely frustrating & my son is desperate to get some much needed sleep!

Beautiful place to bring your loved ones who need our care.

The staff and the people make this place feel like home, the tress,birds and the fish are all amazing touch to a great place.
