Hello everyone I had the privilege of visiting The Gardens of Ocitillo today and completed a tour with Candy. The community is very clean! The staff were all very friendly and all said Hello to me. The apartments are very specious with in-room washer and dryer, some had balconies and the kitchettes had a full kitchen large fridge and plenty of space for storage and counter top. So much to do and gorgeous places to enjoy at the community if you decide to go out of your community. I really feel this is a great community! Thank you Candy and team Gardens of Ocitillo.

Consider Gardens at Ocotillo, if you’re looking for a wonderful senior community for you (or your loved one). 🙂 My mother has been an “Independent living” resident since 2021, and we are SO glad that we found this place !(after researching at least 30 other places) They offer Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care. My mom has really been helped by the on site PT and OT, and enjoys the many activities. ( various games and bingo, crafts, trivia, singing, holiday events, activity bus (for offsite shopping and field trips). She has also benefited by using the mobile doctor, podiatrist and dermatologist visits (available and SO convenient!). I visit Gardens at Ocotillo several times a week, and have always found it to be clean, bright, updated …and it never has felt “clinical” to me. The dining area and menu offer a variety of food with options. Kim (at the front desk) and Lisa (financial office) are always VERY helpful and friendly. It’s such a comfort to know that my mom is safe and well cared for by the staff. Come visit soon - I’m sure you’ll be impressed.

Great care by community staff and excellent communication. The facility is always clean and welcoming, and communication with families is consistent and reassuring. It brings peace of mind knowing your loved one is safe, respected, and cared for with such compassion.

My mother was in need of assisted living while rehabilitating from a stroke. I didn't want to place her in a Medicaid assisted facility, so I visited a handful of places in the Chandler area and decided on this one. It outshined the rest by far, with a comparable price (at the time). The staff is very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The caregivers are always willing to help and even spend a few extra minutes loving on Mom's cat when they're in the apartment. The activities staff are always smiling and do a great job planning things to do for the residents, including holiday decorations, parties and field trips. The dining room staff always has new items on the menu, never letting it get boring. Can't forget Kim's welcoming smile at the reception desk, of course. The administrative staff has always been good to Mom and I and do their best to answer questions and fulfill requests. This, however, is the only thing that concerns me: Spectrum, the parent company, has parted ways with a few extraordinary administrative employees inexplicably. So you tend to see new faces in administration often. It's a very strange pattern. Besides that though, the landscaping is always perfect, and the facility is clean with nice furniture and decorations and fireplaces throughout the common areas. After a year, Mom is now able to move back into her home, so it's farewell for now. I don't regret selecting Gardens for the time needed at all, and I thank them for giving Mom a comfortable place to live this last year with all the support she needed.

I moved to the Gardens to be closer to my family. My apartment is lovely and I’ve met many friendly people. There are a lot of activities, from games to movies. We go out a lot on field trips to restaurants and museums. The staff is kind and make us feel like we are at home.
