GARDENS OF VENICE RETIREMENT RESIDENCE

This is the nicest facility in town. The staff is great. The administrator and assistant manger go above and beyond. The care staff are truly amazing and the housekeeping staff keep the facility spotless!! I highly recommend placing your loved ones here!!

I love this building. Staff is super nice attentive and caring. The facility is clean and offer a lot of activities for the residents. They always welcome families to spend time with their loved ones. I highly recommend.

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing this community is. My Grandma has lived here for over a year now and the staff is amazing. They are so attentive to her and everyone there. The administrator Venissa goes above and beyond for all her residents. I can’t imagine my Grandmother living anywhere else. This is truly the best place for loved ones.

Hands down the best place for your mom,dad, aunt, uncle or friend. The kindness and compassion that they show is remarkable. What i mean by "they" is the staff...they aren't just staff, they make you feel like family and now they are a part of my family. Its takes very special people with special qualities to give that kind of care every single day. From the minute the process was started with Vee and Erica, I knew we were in the right place. Any question we had, Vee had the answer. If there was anything, I wasn't sure of she would send me in the right direction or get the information for me.Stefan is another name that comes to mind. Very kind to my mom. Assuring her he didn't forget her medication. Marcie who assured me she'd make sure my mom's laundry was done. But you see, this all stems from strong leadership, dedication and someone who genuinely cares. And that person is Vee. Simply the kindest person ever and runs this place like a boss!! My mom was living in a independent living facility prior to this. However after some time in the hospital and then rehab my mom now calls Gardens of Venice her home. As most people would, I visited a couple of facilities when it was time for my Mom to enter an ALF. After having done so, I knew immediately that Gardens of Venice was going to be her new home. It wasn’t the beautiful facility that drove my decision, it was the staff and management team. I have always been able to read people and I knew almost instantly that the staff and management weren’t just “doing a job”, they genuinely care for the residents. Thank you, David Schacht and Family
