Great communication, they keep me informed of my brother's health and are always available to let me speak with him. It gives me great peace of mind to know he's in such good hands. Garfield terrace provided a warm bed and meals plus a caring staff for my brother for several years. I cared for him personally for a long time so I know they did a lot of work for a small amount of money, his SSI check. My special thanks to Rosalie Sandoval, administrator for her great service and to the billing department for resolving my over payment issue promptly. My brother is now at a higher level of care which he should have been for quite a while. Thank you Rosalie and staff for all you have done for my brother.
