CLEARWATER AHWATUKEE

We had such a wonderful experience touring Clearwater Ahwatukee Assisted Living and Memory Care. Diana gave us a warm welcome and an incredibly informative tour—she was knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel right at home. During our visit, we enjoyed lunch, and the service provided by Tyler and Eraina was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and made the meal feel special. The food itself was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. Clearwater Living in Ahwatukee is a wonderful senior residential community offering unlimited amenities and activities for all residents. Clearwater is beautiful inside and well appointed. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice and friendly everyone was. Our family also enjoyed a delicious meal in the Tuk Cate. Louise Penrod took the time to show us around and it was time well spent. I go visit a couple that lives here and they absolutely love it. They moved in when the place first opened and so they’ve seen it grow and mature into what it is today. The apartment is spacious, there are two bedrooms in this particular model with a Full kitchen. The back patio is very convenient for those with dogs because they’re able to get out directly from the apartment. Staff is amazing and attentive. And the food looks delicious.
