CLEARWATER PINNACLE PEAK

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak is the absolute best. The care my in-laws receive is outstanding. The concierge team is always so welcoming and kind and extremely helpful!!!! Jill and Yesenia (sales) are very professional and really care about their clients, residents and their colleagues. I did look at several other facilities and you will hear often “it is all about the care provided”… I never truly knew what this mean’t until my in-laws moved in and NOW I KNOW!!!! It is vital and Clearwater Pinnacle Peak knows how to do this. Kim, the Director of the care team, is a leader with 30 years of experience.. Her team, Jason, Brianna, and ALL the caregivers are so kind and really care about their residents. Andrea / Nurse … incredible! I am in awe of them all as this is not an easy field to work in. I am so thankful and appreciative of everyone.

This community is wonderful in so many ways! The staff is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, communicative, caring and always willing to help. The residents are lovely and kind and you can be sure to find a friend the moment you step in. For my job, I travel to different senior living communities and if I had to place a loved one in a community, I would choose Clearwater Pinnacle Peak, without a doubt. The care is excellent and always done with a smile!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Clearbrook memory care facility at Clearwater Pinnacle Peak caring for my father. From the very beginning, Yesenia in sales made the entire process smooth and reassuring. She was patient, compassionate, and completely transparent, which brought us so much peace during a difficult transition. The caregivers are remarkable — they treat my father with genuine kindness and always respect his dignity. Nathan, who oversees the community, is consistently warm, understanding, and attentive. It’s clear that the team truly understands my father’s condition and provides care tailored to his needs. My dad is always clean, well-groomed, and looked after. The community offers a wide range of activities for different interests, yet they are mindful of his personal preferences and never pressure him. He also enjoys plenty of food options and receives treats several times a day, which he loves. We are deeply grateful for the level of care, compassion, and respect shown to my father. This community has brought our family comfort knowing he is in such capable and loving hands. Highly recommend.

We have been in Clearwater for 6 months. We couldn’t be happier with the decision to come here. The staff are wonderful! The caregivers are all very professional and caring. The food is great with lots of variety and of high quality although they have a limited amount of gluten free selections. The weeks fly by because of all the programs they offer. After touring several senior living communities in the North Scottsdale area with my parents, they chose Clearwater Pinnacle Peak to be their next home. Jill Ross, the Sales Director, was very informative, giving us a tour of their beautiful facility and inviting us to enjoy a meal in their dining room. She was a great resource throughout the process of transitioning my parents from independent living in their Fountain Hills condo to the assisted living program at Clearwater. The amenities at Clearwater are first class and the entire staff is very caring and professional. My parents are in their 90's and they feel very safe and well cared for at Clearwater. It gives me great peace of mind to know that they are in good hands!
