Nasty. Filthy from the first call and interaction. I wouldn’t send the dog of my worst enemy to rot in this disgusting place. The worst kind of people run this place. It’s literally a torture chamber with great landscaping. Not caring. Not kind. Rude unprofessional and for Gods sake season the food. For the price you pay you’d think they would have table salt. For the love of Christ.. provide table salt so we can stomach the stench!

If you care anything at all about your loved one, do not put them in this place. It is a horrible way to live. Food is terrible, meds are not given probably and they are infested with bed bugs. They threw away all of my loved ones bedding, recliner, blankets because of bed bugs and never replaced. It's a sad place.

If you have any love for you’re family please move them from this low class hateful facility. Older people with dementia do things they shouldn’t, that is why there are professionals there to deal with the situation. Well my elder grandma with dementia set a trash can on fire in here room. They evacuated everyone except my grandmother they had her wait last (th is will teach her not to do that) was there response. The next day my grandmother passed away and they take all her belongings with no explanations. This is a warning to the general public and is now my life’s mission to get justice and protect those who cannot protect themselves. HAMMY was her nurse and this is far from over.

My MIL was in a facility and needed to be suddenly moved due to closure of her facility. Generations stepped up, and made a difficult process much easier. My MIL was in the facility for less than a month, and they showed her more love in that time that any other facility did the whole time she was there. My MIL was hospitalized and they called to check on her daily. No other facility has done that. Today, my MIL passed away and they have been extremely supportive and proved they cared, she was not just a patient, she was loved. Hammy and to all the staff, thank you! Thank you for loving her and making her feel important, cared for and loved at the end.

Poor excuse of a facility. Holding residents against their will not letting them go out and visit family or even sit on the porch for that matter. Got all doors locked. No staff wearing masks or taking any health measures. Food is absolutely terrible they use the same food prisoners are given. To the owner, since you don’t want to do anything about this horrible facility, I will do everything in my power to see that your doors close for good
