GENERATIONS OF LOS ANGELES ASSISTED LVNG. FACILITY

Three stars because I don't want to seem biased. Generations of Los Angeles Assisted Living took over Vista Veranda about a year ago. They are fixing the building and taking care of residents while attempting to improve over the previous owners in managing care. I've heard from people connected to the assisted living industry that this is one of the better places of its type. I see people from other assisted living places and what I hear them say does not impress me well. I'm aware there is a one star review here. I don't know anybody by that name but I do know that the place isn't crawling with bed bugs and rodents eating the residents. It's an old building currently getting upgrades. A lot of people here have phones and I'm sure there'd be quite an outcry and I would have noticed a problem.

Jesse Loera-Mota the lead administrator at Vista Veranda Assisted Living facility and the rest of the staff are doing a wonderful job taking care of my father. If I have a question or a concern about my father Jesse and the staff immediately address my concerns and questions. When I visit my father he looks good and is content, and well cared for. Thanks again for all that you do for my loved one!!

I thank and appreciate all of Vista Veranda’s staff, nurses, and administrator, Jesse who did an amazing job caring for my loved one. They all went above and beyond during my father’s stay to ensure he was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Jesse was very helpful throughout the duration of my father’s stay and was always dependable and reassuring of his care and my father would say how well they always treated him. The nurses and staff treated my father and everyone like family. Your loved ones are in good hands with Vista Veranda. It was a pleasure working with them and I can’t thank them enough.

I live at Vista Verde assisted living this place is very nice and clean.jess help someone. The nurse and all the staff is very friendly. If you need some place for your family members I would wishes you to sending them here. The food is very good too

My grandma lives in Vista Veranda assisted living. Every weekend I spend time with my grandma, compared to other assisted living my mother and father choose vista veranda because the level of care in incredible. I see my grandmother very happy every weekend, she can’t stop talking about everything she has done over her weekend in Vista Veranda. The employees are nice, professional, the facility is clean, the administrator and all the head departments are friendly. The food is improving throughout time. I’m so glad to see my grandmother very happy and I take the time to thank Vista Veranda.
