The team at Generations Berea is incredible- they treated my mother with kindness and care in the 3.5 years that she was there. They recognized and appreciated who she was as a person, not just a patient or resident. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were addressed quickly- whether it was leadership or the clinical team, I knew things would be handled. My mom was bed bound on hospice, and it gave me such peace of mind to know that they cared for her as if she was part of their own families. There are so many staff members that I will remember always, but particularly Kim, one of her regular aides. She genuinely loved my mom and on several occasions, Kim was the support and voice of reason that I needed in those moments as an overwhelmed family member. The team and facility holds a special place in my heart, and I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and support.

My parents moved into Generations’s 3 years ago and our family has been extremely satisfied. Everyone on staff seems engaged with their job and offers personalized care. So many smiles and cheer they bring to the residents. The activities are varied enough that there is something for everyone. The location is wonderful with so much within walking distance. My father passed a year ago and our entire family including my Mom were treated so kindly. My mother has had to move up through the care levels and it always feels like they customize her care to best fit her specific needs. It is truly a comfort to know she is cared for and a joy to visit Generations

Generations has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made! I am responsible for my aunt who is 93 years old. She has lived at Generations for 3.5 years. The facility is immaculate and the staff is fantastic. We actually live out of state and I am very comfortable with the care that she receives and the social interaction that she has consistently. I can tell she is happy and has numerous people who are interacting with her daily, something she would not have had if she continued to live with us. This social interaction has kept her mentally sharp and physically active. Despite falling and breaking a hip she powers through rehab to be back with her friends! She’s now an expert at cornhole and putt putt!! If your loved one is missing people their own age or daily social interaction (not to mention prepared meals) Generations cannot be beat!
