I toured the place and it seemed very nice. One of the people in management came out to evaluate my dad. My dad did need a lot of care. Instead of being professional and calling me and informing me that my dad needed more care than they could handle. They ghosted me and never called me back. Very unprofessional. Makes me wonder how they treat their residents.

Mom has advanced dementia, bedridden. Regardless of when we visit, she is clean and well cared for, with combed hair and brushed teeth. This is a product of a good format and a wonderful staff. Highest regards.
