Their marketing director Parker is great at finding the best home for your loved ones.

I cannot sing their praises loud enough! They have been a Godsend to my auntie and our family. Lisa, the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, Parker, Connor, Mary, EVERYONE, I've come in contact with, has been so friendly, caring, compassionate, supportive and helpful. The employees go above and beyond at GENTRY PARK ASSISTED LIVING. The interior is clean and inviting. My Auntie RAVES about their food! (She's picky, I've eaten there and it's good.) If you're searching for a new home for your loved one...I HIGHLY recommend you give them a call.

It is a great place for elderly people. The food is very good with a small but good selection. The staff is very good. They treat my mother like they would treat their parents or grandparents. A great place.

The staff there are amazing. The facility is clean. Unfortunately, the food and service in The dining room It's really terrible. They have trouble Keeping in wait staff and often will have other staff fill in period. They're always run out of Several items. Sometimes they run out of the special. Sometimes they run out of very normal things. It feels like my friends are constantly compromising. At 1 point they even had a sit in to Complain. Their salads are Based on iceberg lettuce and they have very few Vegetarian options. I'm concerned For my friend's health due to her being Pescatarian. They definitely need more options. For all of this they pay about $10000 a month. I'm very disappointed in the dining situation because eating is such an enjoyable part of They're alive and now they will live in the facility potentially for the rest of your life. Sometimes I will bring them dinner to try and compensate.

Absolute terrible customer service! They don’t return phone calls when they say they will when making a request for a resident. My sister and I live out of town and have called several times daily for three days asking them to make sure our mothers cell phone was turned on and plugged in to charge so we could speak / FaceTime with her. Each time they say they will and will call us back but we have yet to receive a call back. I finally reached someone today who assured me her phone was dead and not being charged. She said they plugged it in after three days of not being able to speak with our mother. Our mother has been there for more than a year and we continue to get additional charges every month for items I’d expect to be included in an “Assisted Living” facility, ie, medication, meal delivery etc. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
