Gibson lane has been sold to new owner and the new owner is great she Currently working on the insurances according to them this should be taken care of by January she fix it up even better and have activities for residents wich is great.

This place is unsafe for elderly clients! Ever since the new owners came in it has smelled so bad of urine throughout the home. They also added a few younger mentally challenged patients in with the elderly making it extremely unsafe for them!

My friends were forced to move out after only 4 weeks of being moved there during April of this year in the height of the pandemic! Their daughter found out the Gibson Lane Assisted Living residence is not licensed with any Insurance companies. It is simply ludicrous that she was not given this type of information as part of her initial phone call to Gibson Lane Assisted Living while researching for a suitable place to have her elderly parents to be able to be living nearby. It was a very traumatic experience having to move them yet again being that both mom and dad were fragile. Dad passed away only 2 weeks after being forced to be moved another facility. We all mourn the loss of our beloved friend. Their daughter is still awaiting the refund 👎🥺

One of my best friends put her mother and father in here only after to find out that they were not licensed with that insurance carrier to allow them to be placed there they lied to my friend they took her deposit they took the monthly renta only 14 days they found out they wouldn't be able to stay there because the healthcare provider would not pay for that facility so I give this a facility a thumbs down people like this should not be allowed to accept seniors at all if they're not able to know what kind of insurance coverages that they accept and what kind they don't very poor customer service.
