My parents spent 5 months enduring continuous neglect in the memory care at Gig Harbor Court. I tried working with staff and supervisors but just got more empty promises. The care plan was not followed. I’ll leave it there. Reported to Ombudsman in August of 2025.

Gig Harbor Court is a wonderful facility. My husband recently moved to memory care there. The caregivers are fabulous. They keep the residents engaged and well-cared for. Each resident is treated with respect and kindness.

I toured the facilities with my mother recently then stayed for lunch. Every single member of the staff knew the names of every resident and greeted them by their name. There was a group activity happening. The food was absolutely delicious and they always offer tasty options. Dining is more relaxed with the dining room open for a couple hours for each meal. The Chef meets with the residents to make sure they are happy. The facilities were extremely clean and well maintained.
