Called 3 times no answere. Must not be a very professional place if you can't answer a simple phone call.

My grandmother has been here for over a year and we couldn’t be happier with the care. It is a small facility with a high staff to patient ratio in a home-like setting. My grandmother loves it here and has made friends with the staff and other patients. Staff is very caring and accommodating when we visit.

This is the most beautiful location with a home-like environment. The staff are knowledgeable and are very caring.

Wendy and her staff have provided excellent care. My family and I couldn't be more pleased with them.

my mother was there 2 months while I was out of state. She was reasonably normal when she went in- I arrived home to an emaciated zombie- not my mother. Overmedicated, skin and bones. They never contacted me during this time to give me updates. She was unwashed and had cradle cap to her brows that was very thick. Handfuls of hair came out of her head after we washed/bathed her ourselves. The bathrooms were covered in feces and filth. I found out later that others have removed their loved ones from this facility for similar- overmedication was a biggie. I was shocked, horrified.
