This facility has provided exceptional care for me during a prolonged period of physical rehabilitation. The caregivers are kind, attentive, and highly skilled in many areas. The food, for example, is consistently nutritious, well prepared, and tasty. The cleanliness is what one would expect from a top-tier care facility. There is a nice wraparound deck as well as a garden path for casual strolling.

I am so glad that we found the New Alamo Residence Home for my mom. My mom had dementia and she had lived at a larger assisted living facility for a few years, but as her condition advanced, she needed more careful care. The caregivers at New Alamo are fantastic! They are so kind and caring. Every time I visited, my mom was happy, clean, and comfortable. I have dealt with many care facilities of various sizes and I know what to look for when it comes to quality of care. New Alamo is definitely one of the best I have seen. The owner, Meeran, is very motivated to provide premium service and makes a lot of effort to communicate well and meet needs. The caregivers are friendly and attentive. I am so happy to have made the decision to have my dad live at New Alamo Residence Home. He is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's, and ten years of managing his care at home had become overwhelming. The care he receives at New Alamo Residence Home is skilled and empathetic. When I visit, he always shows signs of being well cared for. He smiles a lot, and even though he had very good care at home, he has begun to use language more, and his physical abilities have improved as well. I really enjoy my frequent visits, since the care home feels like a family and their patio is beautiful! If any issue arises, communication with me is immediate, and the staff is very accessible should I have a question or concern. I highly recommend New Alamo Residence Home.

My Mom has had a comfy room with a patio at Alamo Residence Home for the last 9 months. The staff members have all been wonderful — kind, patient, and attentive. Meeran and the staff are very flexible because they genuinely love their jobs. They aren't there just for the paycheck which is noticeable and greatly appreciated.
