Great home and friendly team. What a great place for families facing Alzheimer’s needs

If I could leave zero stars I definitely would. No loved one should be ignored, blamed, called a liar or over- reactor, and have to deal with incompetent staff. But unfortunately my loved one is dealing with all of this. My calls to the facility should not be ignored after calling several times in a row. Maintenance there sucks and doesn't do things very well. Management sucks even worse with communication and getting stuff done. If my loved one were to fall or is choking or something serious, the facility would never know due to the lack of response to checking in with a buzzer button being pressed. This facility needs to be shut down and restaffed. I am in no way racist either but when the staff cannot speak almost no English there is a problem. I've witnessed neglect and abuse in a facility I've worked in before and unfortunately this facility is resembling a lot of the same stuff. Nobody should send their loved ones here ever unless they want them to die quicker. Upon admission the facility seems awesome but upon witnessing how it's ran is total opposite! Do better or lose your business for losing your residents.

It was AFTER Vitacare acquired this property that it went downhill. My grandma was at this facility long before it was bought out and enjoyed her time there along with being taken well care of. After this buy out the care/living situation was almost unbearable. Sad to see older ones who should be cherished in their old age literally left to rot by owners and staff. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Whoever owns this facility should have to live there to experience it, I doubt they’d last a day. This company should be put out of business. If it was an option to give it zero stars I certainly would. Put your loved one somewhere else!
