The Village (memory care) at Twin Rivers has been my dad’s home for over a year now. I am assured that he is well cared for by the CNAs and Med Techs. The Village has a phenomenal activities director. When I visit, there is always something going on. There is a published monthly calender that shows all the activities. The director and other office staff are great as well—responsive to any concerns I might have. I know my dad is safe.

We’ve Been with Twin Rivers for months now and we have been blessed by the staff. Jessica hires great people for caregivers and Mona’s smile upfront makes our day!

Twin Rivers works hard to keep the residents engaged in activities throughout the day. They are friendly and courteous to the residents as well as a variety of other visitors to the facility. The property is always clean and well maintained. My mother has adapted to senior living at Twin Rivers with the help of all the staff. She considers it her home

I spent two months in Dallas and had several opportunities to visit my mom at Twin Rivers. I was highly impressed not only with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, but also the tenderness with which they take care of the residents. Lakeisha in particular is a breath of fresh air and brings enormous energy and compassion to the various activities that keep everyone sharp and engaged!

One of the first things that impresses me about this Twin Rivers facility is its friendly, professional, and engaging staff. I am a service provider to several Senior Living facilities in Dallas and can easily detect a personal, genuine caring touch, especially in Memory Care Living, which is of utmost importance because residents experience comfort, security, and the joy of living in the moment.
