So far so good. No bed bugs, fingers crossed. Only a couple dead roachs upon move in. Elevator is a issue.

Great place to live until it wasn’t. Bed bugs made our lives hell for months as we planned our exit strategy, which involved systematically heat treating all of our belongings. Eric was shady and deceptive in his responses. He accused us of bringing in the bugs, which was obviously a lie. We had to threaten to call the health department before he agreed not to hold us to the remaining 3 months on our lease. We did not get our security deposit back. Do not live here it’s not worth the eventual nightmare

Been here for near 6 months. I should have read the reviews here before signing the lease. There are bedbugs and cockroaches here. I am a very neat person and after spending just a few months here, I can't sleep here without waking up covered in bug bites. Asked the manager if I could end my lease and cut both our losses. My request was denied. I haven't been staying here due to the bugs. So, I have an apartment I have to pay for that I can't sleep in unless I want to be covered in itchy red welts. I would stay very far away from these apartments.

I have lived here for a year now and I have never experienced any problems with Eric. He keeps up on all the maintenance and is constantly renovating the place. Eric is quick to fix any issues with my apartment and double checks to make sure everything is fixed properly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The Manager here is the biggest JERK I have ever met in my life. Seriously. He has no thought or concern for your concerns while living here. I am currently in the process of moving out because I refuse to renew my lease here. From the beginning I kept track of my problems with him because I knew a few months in, that he was not following through on fixing things that were an issue. To make a VERY one year long story short, 1) I had to send video of bugs crawling out of holes in the ceiling after over a WEEK of him ignoring my request to patch the holes. 2) Had to send him Pictures of the big hole behind the sink & stove that was as well not covered & bugs were crawling through, took him over 3 weeks to finally send someone in for that. 3) I locked my keys in my apt & after asking for his assistance, him knowing I am a single young woman told me to "sleep in my car". 4) Window was never fixed. He came. Saw it. Never fixed it. 5) He hires inexperienced elderly tenants who has told me he pay UNDER minimum wage to do the work around the apt. My shower ceiling Fell. Like, FELL. And he sends an old man from the 1st floor to put up a replacement. It of course didn't work. He still left holes, where Bugs were coming from there, too! I addressed them both about this...guess what...still NOTHING has been done. I have at this moment, trash bags tapped up there to block it. And what took the cake was TODAY...I come home from work around 5pm. (been up since 4am). I unlock my door and it wont open. I then realize someone has UNLAWFULLY came into my apt...thought they were covering their tracks by locking ALL the locks. BUT...management (Eric) never gave me the top lock key. So I was LOCKED out of my OWN apt because he entered my apt, WITHOUT my consent. I had to call him 12x...send 2 emails...knock on his door 3x..and send 4 text messages My last one let him know that if he continued to ignore me that I was going to call the police. As I sat in my car, he text back saying. "it's open". I still don't know who opened it. Him or one of his hired attendants. Eric does not Respect his hard working tenants. I NEVER missed a bill. ALWAYS paid my rent on time. ALL I wanted was to live in Peace. He wants your money...but not the responsibility. I didn't want to give ONE star. He makes living here, pure...HELL.
