Golden Acres Estates

My Grandma was here for rehabilitation and was here for three weeks before passing away. She was NOT supposed to pass away. Staff neglected and abused my Grandma. She was left for over 16 hours when she needed to use the bathroom and was left by staff. She eventually tried to get up to use the bathroom but fell and was left. Staff were rough with her and never listened to her. My mom has images of the bruises on my grandmas side. When brought up to the facility director, he said he knew nothing about it. This all should have been filed under an incident report and turned in to the director and RN. This place if horribly run and dirty. If you value the safety of your loved one, do NOT let them stay here.

my papi got really really sick from this god forsaken nursery home i think it would it would've been better if we took him behind and the barn and ended his sufferin 10/10 would recommend
