Our family is so grateful for this beautiful adult day care center. My sister attends here, and from the moment we walked in, we knew it was a special place. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, but what truly makes it exceptional is the staff. Everyone here is kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They treat my sister with dignity and respect, and it’s clear they truly enjoy what they do. The activities are engaging, the environment feels safe and joyful, and it gives our family such peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands. This is more than just a daycare — it’s a community. We are incredibly thankful to have found such a wonderful place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care for their loved one.

I had the pleasure of meeting with owners Erika and Kimberly to educate them on medicare's new GUIDE program that assists with Alzheimer/Dementia patients. They were compassionately open to the education as they immediately saw the benefit that it would bring to their clients. I felt the genuine compassion when I entered the room and it was one of the best visits I've had while in the field. I hear the food is pretty good too :)

I recently toured Golden grace while looking into Respite Care for my uncle during my Thanksgiving trip. I was genuinely impressed by the warm, home-like atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and the daily activities were robust.

My father, age 81 with dementia, lived here and the care was neglectful and heartbreaking. Staff falsely told me he ate meals when I was present and saw he hadn’t been taken to eat. The owner downplayed his decline, saying he “just had a cold.” The next day, he died. While he was still alive, staff even removed the Ensure and water we purchased for him, and I had to chase someone down just to get him a drink. When he passed, a staff member walked in, saw him deceased, and still asked how he was. Hospice had to ask them to leave. There was no compassion afterward — no condolence card, no acknowledgment. Even worse, a “COVID” sign was posted on the door, but the owner later admitted it was fake, just to limit one family’s visitors. This facility lacks compassion, honesty, and dignity. Please do not trust them with your loved one.

My mother has been cared for at Golden Grace for a year and 1/2 now. I honestly have zero concerns or complaints. The facility is well staffed with caring people who truly make this a loving place to be. Golden Grace is kept very clean and comfortable with activities the residents enjoy.
