Golden Harbor has made noticeable improvements with recent management changes. The place feels much better run and more organized overall. We’ve also noticed positive changes in floor staffing — service flows better, staff seem more supported, and everything feels more efficient and welcoming. It’s clear the new management approach is having a great effect on the entire place.

I have seen many positive changes with the new management team in place. You can really feel the difference in the building. Communication has improved, staff are feeling more supported, and there is a stronger focus on residents quality of life. It is clear that leadership is working hard to create a welcoming, well-run environment for both residents and employees. Excited to see these positive changes.

Not everything at Golden Harbor is perfect. However, under the new administrator, Kari Krause, and the team she is developing, things are getting brighter each day. She truly cares about the residents and tries hard to work with them for the best possible outcomes. She’s really whippin’ things into shape.

Ignorant kitchen manager who never orders what the residents need for their dietary restrictions. Made incredibly rude and sly comments to kitchen staff, Has ZERO people skills when talking to residents as if she doesnt even care. Wholeheartedly a assinine person to work in a place where our elderly needs it the most. Other younger kitchen staff 100% need a sit down to be given a lesson on how to speak to said elderly residents. This is supposed to be compassion from the heart, not just existing for a paycheck! This place needs a thourough walk-thru from upper management because this is ridiculous.

The management is very caring and professional. I have had my Grandmother live there and she was happy and taken care of very well. My entire family enjoyed the staff and thoughtfulness while my Grandmothers stay. This facility makes sure all ages of residents have fun activities to do. Any time I had a question it was always answered promptly. Thanks Golden Harbor Community!
