Hello! My name is McKenzie and I am one of the caregivers with Golden Years. Since working here I have found this job to be the most rewarding. Being able to care for others in their time of need and being able to brighten their day just a little bit is truly amazing. As one of the workers here I can honestly say they work with your schedule as best as they can and they are one of the most understanding company’s I have worked with. I used to work with Makayla , and she was always one of the best coworkers on the team. She’s very kind, respectful, and always stayed on top of her tasks. You never had to worry about things getting done when she was on shift because she was focused, reliable, and cared about doing her job right. She was great with residents and easy to work with. Any team would be lucky to have her.
