Very rude staff member, I asked for the name of the individual that I may talk to and she stated “Nicole. I stated may I have her last name, due to the fact when I call back, I want be saying , may I speak to Nicole…. I like to address them by their last name. I heard an infant in the background crying. She said she didn’t know her employer last name then hung up 🧐

My sweet 90 year old mother who has dementia was there for less than a year and she was treated horribly. I visited often and witnessed many times where she was treated with disrespect. They keep the place very dark and have little to no activities for the residents, with the exception of just putting them in front of a TV.

Golden House Assisted Living's staff takes care of your loved one as if they were part of their family. The love and care provided is the best I've ever seen, and the atmosphere feels like a home instead of just a facility. I highly recommend Golden House to anyone needing care for a loved one.

My mother and law spent her past 4 years at Golden House and we could not be happier. Gabrielas staff is very helpful and takes wonderful care of all the residents. 5/5 stars would recommend!

Love the atmosphere of this place! It feels more like a home instead of a facility. Activities are fun and they have a music guy that comes an brings instruments! My mother lived here for about a year until she passed and i will always recommend this place!
