Jessica is extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring. She always puts others first and is very professional. She loves each of the residents has if they were her own family. She cares for her staff the same. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and maintains a great facility at Golden Oaks.

Jessica truly cares about the residents at Golden Oaks and does her best to give them each the care she would give her own family members. She strives to make the facility feel as much like “home” as possible. If you have to place a loved one in a facility due to memory care issues, this is the place to choose!

Our mother was at Golden Oaks for only a short time, but the "home" feel and personal care was exactly what she needed for the last weeks of her life. We were always listened to and the staff was responsive. It's a hard job, and the staff was always patient and tried to tailor to each resident's needs.
