GOLDEN SANDS AT KLIPSAN BEACH

Management lies and doesn’t care about the residents. They are never available to answer questions and will never return a phone call as promised. Management will tell you one thing and do something different and never will explain their reasoning. Very very bad customer service. Management needs to be replaced. The facilities is nice and the staff that takes care of the residents, But the nursing Director and activity manager needs to be replaced immediately.

We had such a wonderful time at Golden sands for an event they hosted for Easter! They were so welcoming and we loved seeing the residents smiling faces as our kids found eggs and prizes ! It was so homey like going to grandmas house 💓

I have been volunteering at Golden Sands recently and have loved how kind and welcoming staff have been. The residents and I have been loving getting to know each other! We just got back from an Easter Egg Hunt they hosted! What a blast it was!
