GOLDEN SPRINGS SENIOR LIVING, LLC

From the first time I went to check out Golden Springs I was impressed by the warm welcoming friendly greeting. It was like being invited in to a home not a care facility. Raluca did her due diligence in pointing out the needed state requirements then went beyond to show me not only the room my dad would be staying in but the rest of the house and the back yard as well. Dad has mobility issues and so seeing the handrails and safety equipment in the bathrooms was very reassuring. And the ramp to the back patio was just the right angle for ease and safety. Dad has been not just well cared for but loved and treated like the individual he is. Nick made sure Dad had the things that would help him fit in and be comfortable from his clothing to schedule and favorite foods. Both Raluca and Nick have gone out of their way to be sure we have what Dad needs to be healthy and happy. The staff are personable and helpful. They also care deeply for the residents. The meals look delicious and are healthy. The facility is always clean and neat. I really appreciate the way I can catch one of the staff members cleaning something, cooking or otherwise caring for the residents when ever I drop in. They are committed to caring for the residents 100% I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a safe, friendly, clean and homey place for their loved one.
