Bed bug and Rat infected building need to be shut down asap they treat the residence horrible and give them little portion of food and when the residents get sick they don’t like sending them to the hospital because they don’t want to pay the hospital bill and every time they hire somebody new they lie to them about having bed bugs in the building so people can work there

I wouldn't give this a 1 star but theirs no other choice to leave it blank... Staff were not showing true bed side manners.. We felt like we had to beg for the necessities our love one needed. Our love one was soiled, wet bedding and clothes... Left unattended, no fall risk mechanism to alarm staff that the patient is moving. Even though our love one was severely ill and would be passing away soon Staff just gave up with providing our love one with water, juice, food (applesauce, yogurt, mash potatoes, etc) something puree.. The place wreaked of different smells of urine, body oder and poop. Staff appeared overwhelmed and understaffed... Stay away from this place!!

Long post but needed...Terrible terrible... my granny (severe dementia)is here and she is transitioning (no hispice unit here)and some of the staff (this particular day)unprofessional, lack educational and CNA/CBRF procedural training. Walked n my Gma was saturated in urine, hanging from edge of bed , (no rails) .I ran to the bed, the staff said she not gonna fall, smh. they had a urinated heavy quilt on her (In 85 deg weather), room hot. GMa in alot of pain, I had to demand for clean linen, her some meds. Gma act as if she wanted to get up from bed..so from risking her from falling so staff asked if we wanted her to sit in her wheel chair (unbeknownst to me) didn't kno if ur transitioning, U ARe not suppose to keep moving client. The staff placed my GMa in chair, Gma cried out in pain.. Didnt put any gripper socks on her feet, sat her in upright position (I had to demand for staff to put sheet in the chair, vs sitting my GMa in there with her short night gown & bare skin)..Staff person Shonda or Shontae said they never place sheet but will do it for us, she also stated she is the only person working, she has to monitor 3 floors, basement laundry and answer the phone. Although their was another person working she kept calling Shonda name. My Gma mouth and lips severely dry n chap, so when i asked for cup of water, moist wipe and mouth sponge straw so her mouth coukd be moist and so she could suck on the sponge straw the staff could not provide the last time they attempted to give my Gma something to eat, drink.. my GMa was sucking the straw sponge so forcefully. i had to keep dipping into the cup of water We decided to keep Gma in the chair for sense of safety when we left. Upon approaching the "lobby" no staff in sight and their was a hair comb prop in the door and we allowed the comb to fall on the ground.. I told the rest of the family do not put it bk, I bet a staff person did that to get bk in so she didnt have to bother the Shonda person....true enough the other staff was getting out a truck and went bk into the facility..SmH You suppose feel comfort when your love one is in a nursing facility vs hearing excuses or seeing and smelling flith!!! The thing is I was on phone with another family member who WORKS COLLABORATIVELY WITH State surveyors and who trained all new nurses, CNA, CBRF and goes over State and agency procedures for a very well known facility! so u already know!!! ✔️✅️✅️

Was there not even year place was ok. Person who owns this place told me they had chef who makes food that was bs when my ms or fibo was acting up it was hard getting help they said they can hold that on.me cause I can't walk you have to walk but some people were in wheel chairs noting was said about it I left due to virus I can't

This place is not fit for anyone who loves their loved ones .....!!!!! My loved one was here for a weekend and it was so heartbreaking how they were taking care of him. I would not even give this place a star. They didn’t even send ANY of my loved one’s belonging back. We received completely different clothes. I feel like this place is unfit and it was a horrible experience.
