I called to see if they had any positions open for my sister, when I asked the receptionist if there’s a way she can check for the specific position I asked about she then became very rude, had attitude with me. She interrupted me so I talked over her for her to hear me and she was still rude, she hung up on me and so I called back and she immediately hung up on me again, I called maybe 20 minutes later and she refused to pick it up due to her disrespectful behavior and attitude, I feel bad for all the families who deal with her and the staff who deal with her, why she still works there I don’t know why but good luck dealing with her ungratefulness

In general this is a very nice facility. It definitely has a much more homelike environment than many facilities, and they do try to keep it up. My mom has lived here for 5 years. In that time they have replaced the flooring, the lighting, the decor, etc. The food is a hit and miss. Sometimes she likes it, many times she does not. It depends a lot on who is cooking. The staff and administration make a huge difference (just like anywhere). They have always been good to me. There have been personnel changes that have both improved and worsened her experience. I hope she will be able to stay until the end of her life. I cannot thank the caregivers enough.

My mother moved to Grace just under a year ago and everything has been fantastic. The facility is always nice and clean. The plethora of activities has alleviated any concerns about social isolation. The communication lines with the office and nurse are always open and any discussions, conversations are clear and concise with no jumbled word salads strewn in. The staff, though, is what makes Grace a wonderful place. The caregivers we’ve dealt with genuinely care, and it is truly comforting to see, and hear of, the kindness and at times, playful sassiness, that occurs in their interactions. Our family has peace of mind knowing that Mom is being cared for at Grace. Thanks to all who are working there.

Moving to ID and into an assisted living has been a big change for my Dad. The staff at Grace-Nampa have helped make the transition less difficult for him. All of the staff, and even the other residents, have been very kind and welcoming. He is grateful for the housekeeping/laundry services, he is happy with the food, the nursing staff listen to his concerns and address them as needed. He has been very happy with the NP and home health care agency that come into the facility. He really likes the activity director and appreciates that they go on outings as often as they do. I have seen the staff get to know my Dad and build a relationship with him which has absolutely been instrumental in him adjusting as well as he has!

Our precious parents have lived at Grace Assisted Nampa for over 5 years. What a wonderful place. The staff are courteous, patient, and tender towards our folks- always calling them by name and stopping to greet them. We have used two levels of care at Grace Assisted so far- they offer many levels of care which is a comfort- no need to move facilities. Both levels have offered our parents the care they required. Amy is the director. She is a wonderful human: exactly the kind of person you want at the helm of a team of caretakers. Her love for the residents is obvious and her team of trained staff exhibits the same level of patience and compassion. The facility itself is lovely and often updated. Its clean. It smells fresh. Its offers many places for families to gather and visit- some large and some more intimate. Gatherings can happen both inside and outside and are encouraged (with notice obviously). There is a safe, level place to walk: again, inside and outside. Parking is adequate. Security is adequate. Location is convenient. Outings are planned for residents and transportation provided. In-house activities like BINGO and games are daily events. The meals/snacks are generously diverse and served with a smile. Communication between staff and the resident’s family members is good. We especially appreciate that. I really can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Grace Nampa. We never worry about the care of our loved ones.
