Spacious Apartments. But Poor maintenance. And lots of infestation. First cockroach and now rodents.

It's a peaceful place to love, friendly neighbors. Only issue I had was that power would go out pretty often whenever there was storm. I know it's not exactly apartments fault but it's one of those things that people think about when renting.

The apartments are very spacious and I had no real problems other than routine maintenance expected.........until my building had roaches at least the last 5 months that I lived there and it sucked. I was the third floor and saw roaches all times of day, everywhere. Had to constantly wake up super early to drop my pet off somewhere before work so they could spray every few weeks....have to take EVERYTHING out of cabinets and closets, nothing on floor....they pulled out the fridge and oven and didn’t bother putting anything back. If it weren’t for the roaches I would have loved this place. Great location. I’m sure roaches were not in every building. :/ please do research before moving in.

Nice but old bald man digs thru dumpsters and use's a lot of cages.

Apartment was remodeled very spacious and nice. Quiet area and neighbors management responded on time as well maintenance. The only issue was flickering lights and power outages that happened often.
