Absolutely love it here beautiful home with the absolute best staff that genuinely care about you and especially your loved one! My grandma has been here for 4 years and best believe it was one of the hardest decisions our family has had to make..... well we have NO REGRETS! If you are looking into somewhere like this for a loved one I highly recommend it here! And if you read that bad review, just stop and think about it. Accidents happen anywhere—at home, at your place, or even at the hospital. Don't let a bad review focused on falls deter you. This is the place that provides a better quality of life, treating residents with compassion, patience, and understanding.

This place was amazing! We used them for my friend’s mother for respite care for a week. She is a memory care patient and she had been very scared and uncomfortable with in-home caregivers but she loved being at Good Life Memory Care! She said, they were her family! She was very comfortable and the did activity with her, to keep engaged. She was safe from her previous exit seeking. They administered her meds on time and helped her with bed. They were flexible with scheduling the nurse assessment and it was reasonable priced. They are only private pay but it was $150 a day and $200 for evaluation at the time. They were somewhere we absolutely would use again, to care for our loved one. They also were professional in not saying anything bad about other places they gave us honest feedback about other locations we had questions about.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Alina, the on-site manager at Good Life. From the moment my dad arrived, it was clear that this place is not only well run, but also truly feels like home—thanks in large part to her. The staff is incredibly kind and caring, and I believe much of that comes from the example Alina sets. On the day my dad was transferred from the hospital, we learned at the last minute that he had MRSA and would need a more isolated room. While most people might have been stressed by the sudden change, Alina was already in the new room, personally painting and preparing it for him. That moment spoke volumes about the kind of leader she is—hardworking, hands-on, and wholeheartedly dedicated to the residents. It is clear that Alina is the reason Good Life runs so smoothly. She treats everyone with kindness, compassion, and respect, and it shows in the atmosphere of the entire facility. I am so grateful for the care my dad has received here, and for the incredible effort Alina puts into making Good Life such a warm and welcoming place.

My mother and father have been living at The Good Life in El Paso for 5 months. They moved there from South Texas to be closer to my sister. We have been very impressed with the quality of care they have both received. My father has late stage dementia and has had numerous doctors caring for his needs. The staff has been kind and professional, making sure all of Dad's needs are met. My mother requires minimal care, and she is very pleased with the food at the facility. She likes being able to room with my dad. The last place they lived said Dad's dementia was too advance for them to co-habitat but the Good Life tries to keep couples together. Mom reported that the care they receive here is much higher quality (and less expensive) than the care they received in South Texas at the Gardens at Brook Ridge. I was very disappointed when I visited my parents there last summer and saw that my dad was not being bathed on a regular basis (he smelled) and they didn't address his dermatological needs at all. When I insisted they set up a dermatology appointment for him (he had lots of obvious skin cancer on his face and arms!), they didn't even bother to get him to the appointment on time and with his insurance card in hand. The Good Life is miles and away better than the last place my parents lived, and it's less expensive, as well.
