Even though my mom was not here long before she passed, Divya and the caregivers were wonderful to her. They cared for my mom's broken shoulder (an injury from before we moved her to Good Samaritan). They made sure mobile residents got out of bed each day, congregated in the living room, and ate together for meals. They ensure residents receive daily hygiene needs and showers. They understood how to handle seniors with Alzheimer's and with terminal illnesses. Divya communicated with my sister and I often and via text message which worked well for us. Her kids were able to visit with mom multiple times a week. This team also understands how to communicate with hospice staff and provide appropriate, prescribed or OTC medications. The home is well kept and clean. The staff watch residents very closely and assist residents to/fr bedroom locations to bathroom/living/dining room 24x7. Thanks so much for all you did for my mom!
