GOOD SAMARITAN CARE FACILITY

In January of 2024, I toured The Good Samaritan Care Home, as I was looking for a place for my 93 year old Mom. Daniel gave me the tour and I was very impressed. The house is very clean, and the residents are happy. During our tour, he encouraged me to talk to the residents and ask them anything. So I did and each one said, how much they enjoyed being a resident at the home. So, I moved my Mom in, and she loved it. The food is wonderful and it is homemade. Just for breakfast she had omlettes, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, bacon, French toast (in rotation). Lunch and dinner are very good too. Plus, the residents get two fruit plates a day between meals. On special occasions, the residents enjoy pizza and cake (to celebrate a birthday) too. The daily staffing consists of at least two people, day and night. The staff is friendly, professional and responsive. When I took my Mom out of the home for a doctor's appointment or just for lunch, the care taker Nick was really helpful to get my Mom from her wheelchair into my car, and then he put the wheelchair in my trunk too. When I returned, Nick helped my Mom get back into her wheelchair. Daniel and his family own/operate the home. they take a genuine interest in each resident, and take the time to talk with them regularly. In was not uncommon for me to visit my Mom and find the residents and Daniel sitting at the dinner table chatting. The family has built up relationships with each resident, which is wonderful. It is a genuine family atmosphere. I feel so fortunate finding this home. My Mom had been at two care homes prior to this one, and this one is a gem. Unfortunately, she passed away, but I am so fortunate to have found this place for her.

Daniel who owns and operates this business with his family is amazing. He took my Mom in, in a speedy and easy manner when we needed to make the move quickly. This place is amazing. The residents there are super nice and we talked to each of them to make sure they enjoyed being there and they definitely did. The place is clean, new and current and the staff is so friendly, professional and responsive. The food is homemade, fresh everyday. This is a family owned well run business and it's apparent that the owner and his family cares for the residents. My Mom already told me multiple times how different family owners spent time with her just talking with her. To me that's above and beyond the call of duty, and she loves it there. They communicate when needed to make sure my Mom is taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to bring your loved one here.

I recently visited Good samaratian care facility, and I'm impressed by how helpful the staff is. From the warm welcome and compassionate care provided by the caregivers. They respond promptly to residents' needs and treat them with respect and kindness. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. Overall, I highly recommend Good samaratian care facility for its exceptional staff and dedication to residents' well-being.

I am resident in this facility. I am diabetic, and caregivers are giving me healthy meal and it helps me to keep my sugar level within the range. All caregivers are kind and very nurturing toward me.

My aunt stayed here for the last weeks of her life, I couldn’t have imagined a better place for her to be. As someone who works in the medical field I was very impressed by the care she received here. They are caring, attentive and compassionate. The facility is clean, easy to access, safe and absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Good Samaritan Care Facility.
