Gordon Oaks Memory Care Community

It was a pleasure to tour Gordon Oaks with Cassie. The team was very welcoming as they all showed pride in their individual work areas. This community has so much space for the residents to enjoy. If you’re looking for independent living or memory care, I highly recommend you go by and see them at Gordon Oaks.

My father was very hesitant. It was a tough transition. The thing that turned it around was my Dad met Jason Salzberg, senior manager at Gordon Oaks. He really hit off with my Dad and made us feel welcome! It's been a great relief to my family that he's in a such a great place!!!

Upon going in for a visit today, I was met by a smiling receptionist. Beautiful clean building, and I was able to speak with 3 happy residents. All three told me how much they like living there and how genuinely caring everyone is who works there.😊

My sister has been living at Gordon Oaks memory care for about 6 weeks. So far, I have been very impressed. The staff have all been very personable and helpful, They all greet you with a smile and are ready to help you anyway they can. My sister loves it and the family are happy that she is happy and so adjusted.

The facility is very clean and beautiful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They were very helpful in quarantine my brother-in-law‘s movement from Knollwood rehab to Gordon Oaks for long-term placement, from the paperwork to the moving in to the facility. The management staff was smiling and waiting at the door for us when we arrived with my brother-in-law‘s personal belongings. They had a flatbed dolly and a wagon pulled out waiting for us to use. They checked in on us several times while we were unpacking his apartment to see if we needed any additional assistance. You could not ask for nicer people to help in such a difficult situation.
