Grace Assisted Living Of Fairview Lakes

We have a family member at Grace Meridian Memory care. We have found the facility to be very clean with beautiful interior design. The caregivers are kind, patient, caring, and professional. Our family has participated in every day activities as well as holiday events at the facility. Our family member is kept clean, appropriately dressed and well fed. We are kept informed of any change in physical or mental condition. Whenever we have concerns, the staff or concerns appropriately. I highly recommend Grace Meridian memory care.

I arrived at Grace Assisted Living in Meridian at the beginning of April and have had a wonderful experience so far! The rooms are clean and spacious and residents are allowed and encouraged to decorate with personal items, making my apartment feel comfortable and homey. The facilities in general are well maintained and there’s a nice outdoor area as well. The staff at Grace is helpful, cheerful, and kind. They work hard to encourage involvement in the many available activities. The housekeeping service is top notch, keeping my apartment clean and providing an excellent laundry service. With regards to kitchen staff, the food is good and meals are always varied. One thing I particularly appreciate is the ability to opt in for a in house visit from my preferred care provider and physical and occupational therapists. Overall, my experience with Grace Assisted Living has been extremely positive and I look forward to continuing to settle into this community.

I am a blind resident at Grace Assisted Living in Meridian. I require caregiver support multiple times a day escorting me between activities. I am very happy with all of the activities here at Grace Assisted Living. I am very fulfilled with the social engagement and really appreciate having a list of all the activities on an online activity calendar which my son is able to access and share with me. I love not having to cook or clean or do maintenance as these are all provided for me. All of the caregivers are extremely friendly and helpful. My transition into this facility has been very smooth.

My mother lives at Grace Assisted Living in Meridian. We are so grateful for the loving care she receives there. The staff is attentive, kind, loving and reliable. The facility is kept clean and organized; it’s bright and cheerful. The meals are prepared in with loving hands and delivered to each resident at their assigned tables. Activities are available for almost any type of interests. The nurse is top notch! She is quick to help with any needs my mom has had. There is not a better place for my mom. She has made some wonderful friends living at Grace. She feels safe and secure and well cared for. What a wonderful blessing this place is!

My parents have been residents of Grace Assisted Living in Meridian for three months now. The staff and nurses are all very kind and caring and have taken very good care of my parents. My family and I believe they are in a good place!
