Grace At Chubbuck

After a month and a half of residency at grace, we had the blessing of meeting and knowing most, if not all of the staff. From the focused attention at the front office, the promptness of the medication team, the endless smiles from the housekeeping group, and even the tireless professionalism of the maintenance director, this place shines brightly. The activities director, the general manager, the catering crew, and medical, all perform above and beyond. With a reasonable expense, Grace rises above all other options in the Pocataello/Chubbuck valley.

I have been a resident at Grace Assisted Living since 2021. It has an excellent caring staff. Meditation services are provided in a timely and professional manner. Meal calendars are available in a timely manner and specialty meals can be requested. Our activity director is a phenomenal lady. She goes beyond the boundaries of her duties ie. helping serve meals, covering absent coworkers’ duties , driving the bus and of course her job by providing excellent crafts, table games, card games, etc. She has a professional and caring manner and always inviting residents to participate. She is always asking what we would like for activities. Chubbuck’s Grace Living Facility really provides a 5 Star service.

My wife has resided at Grace Assisted Living in Chubbuck Idaho for three years. Grace has been a blessing to her and to me as managing her care is complex especially when it comes to medications. When Karen first resided at Grace special efforts were made by staff to ensure a smooth transition. The administration is accessible and approachable and efforts are made to solve problems. The facility is clean and has a joyful culture. I have been impressed with the food service. Grace not only cares for Karen but also for me as it can be extremely difficult when one’s spouse resides apart after 50 years. My sister has worked for decades in the area of elder care policy, patient rights and safety. She has frequently told me that she is impressed with Grace Assisted Living and that it is easily one of the best facilities in terms of care, cost and facility. I have found all staff to be engaged and respectful. The chief administrator Glenda and her right arm assistant Sarah are both extremely helpful. We are very pleased with Grace assisted living in Chubbuck ID. Both of my parents are living there on the memory care side. They are getting so much better care and attention than they were at a different assisted living place. Grace's admin, nurses and CNA 's are attentive and want my parents to have a good experience during this time of their lives. The staff are easy to communicate with and get back to me right away with my questions and concerns. They have done a great job in learning how to work and talk with my dad that has advanced dementia. It is has given me peace of mind knowing that they are being such well taken care of. Also, the food there always looks and smells delicious!

All the staff there have been so pleasant to work with. The office made my experience of putting my mother in Grace as easy as can be. They were helpful of making the transition better for me and my mom. They always keep me informed with all that is happening there, with COVID that has been nice.
