The staff is caring, attentive, intelligent, and professional. I would highly recommend Alma Bella because it has far exceeded our expectations for my mom. It is far better than the places we had my mother before. I wanted to get my mom out of the larger, louder, impersonal institution. The great advantages of this smaller facility are 1. The owner, Alma, is highly professional, closely monitors, and has excellently selected and trained her caring staff which has years of experience to spot common medical issues which are frequently overlooked in larger facilities. 2. My mom is kept much cleaner than she was at the previous place. 3. They have customized my mom’s care in a way that could not be done at larger commercial facilities. 4. Fewer residents means less chance of COVID infection in the facility. 5. The better staff to patient ratio means my mom has the same people taking care of her each day which I am sure is more comforting.
