GRACE LIVING CARE

During this review I will be trying to keep someone's identity hidden, for a reason. Try your best not to let your loved ones stay here. If it's all that can be managed at least it's SOMETHING but they are negligent, they will give you lots of attitude about care, they will badger you about more money. Their small staff are not nurses, just caretakers. I don't know exactly what type of training they undergo. Our family member thankfully was finally moved somewhere better. If your loved one has to be here? Just visit alot and make sure you're keeping an eye out and are aware of medications. They are always present during phone calls with family for some reason. It's creepy, and feels like theyre monitoring very closely. There was a strange decline that happened as soon as our family member went there and then it improved after they left. We finally found out why there was so much monitoring on phone visits, by secretly speaking to our family member. They were not feeding them (they told them they were too overweight, even in front of us) or changing them enough and they were abusive enough to them that they were too afraid to let us know. There were bed sores from not being moved. My family member suffered at that place. I'm thankful they had an air conditioned roof over their head during what was a very hard time, but fortunately now we can do better.

No one has called me back. I left a message and no one called me. I am concerned about a love one there.
