Prior to coming to Grace Senior Living, I had lived in two different assisted living facilities. So, I like to think I have experience. I know what it is like to wait for more than 45 minutes for someone to answer my call button. I have experienced unappealing meals that are cold and tasteless. I HAVE NOT experienced anything like that in my year and a half of living at Grace Senior Living. At Grace, I have found a caring staff that is prompt and attentive to my needs. The meals are delicious and nutritious. There are activities that include exercise, discussion groups, games (both fun and thought provoking), music, and spirituality. There are monthly Resident Council meetings where we, the residents, have a chance to have a voice, a voice that is heard and respected. The owners, administration, med techs and caretakers are all caring and professionals, respectful of all residents and their individual needs. Above all of this, and most importantly, at Grace I feel at home and part of a family.

Looks aren’t everything, sure it looks nice. Would have to agree with the meals, promise to have quality dining meals, well grilled cheese is not a very quality meal, nor very nutritious for the elderly population. There is minimal medical training for staff, while not a skilled nursing facility, mistakes will be and have been made. Like double dosing insulin causing diabetic coma then trying to give that person honey by mouth causing them to choke. Not to blame the people they hire but definitely not training them appropriately. After other medication errors, the safety of the residents is compromised. Not to mention they offer activities and events, but don’t have a van or bus to take them anywhere. Given that what is the quality of life, they become a prisoner of their environment, might as well be in a nursing home. Could be significantly better, but it is simply not. Look at their reviews most made by workers there!

Shouldn't be called ASSISTED Living. It's more like EXIST & Living. This facility lacks luster. Put your loved one here and expect them to be fed, but NOT entertained. There should be activities throughout each day, and gatherings that include mental stimulation for the residents, but instead, what you get is a lack of staff and a load of excuses. Grace is ANYTHING but PREMIER Assisted Living. No RN on staff just to mention so excuse me, but WHY the high price? No, I'm sorry. Over and OUT after just over a year. Found a MUCH better, AMAZING facility with an interactive and caring staff, and a creative VARIETY of activities each and every day! A place where the residents are actually HAPPY and have smiles on their faces! SUCH an amazing difference!

This is my parents 3rd senior living place. I moved them to Grace because I was promised high quality food...all fresh and homemade. This is not the case. Gortons Food Service is used..prepackaged meats and vegetables. Portions Are small and food is awful per my parent/parents. Not sure what is going on but am very disappointed. Just because the seniors are old, and some not very verbal, is no reason to serve poor quality food. My parent/parents have complained about this continuously but no real changes.

Grace is an amazing place the residents are so nice and they get well taken care of. If someone ever ask about there parent and where they should go I would 100% recommend grace premier assisted living. The workers are so nice and they are always quick to help. I’ve never seen such a better ran place than this. I honestly LOVE Grace Premier Assisted Living
