GRACEFULLY FOUND CARE HOME

Light heart memory care is the best home away from home for my aging mother. She is 96 years and is almost bed bound. Light heart memory care takes very good care of my mom and I can tell you they take very good care of my mom. It is a place you would want your parents to stay with no worries about leaving them there at all. With 24 hour a day care I couldn’t have found a better place for mom to live. I’d give them 10 stars but I have to settle for 5. Very sweet caregivers that love my mom so much! Please check it out for your loved one!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

A place to feel at home is important and this is truly the place. The staff are friendly and hardworking and are devoted to helping their residents feel comfort by meeting their needs. Activities are planned ahead of time so residents can be ready to participate and staff are there to assist to involve each resident if unable to fully complete task. The owners are there daily being involved in their residents care too.

My sister has been a resident since March of 2022. She was just off of a 16 month hospital/physical rehab/nursing home/LTAC stay during which she had both legs amputated. She definitely needed a place with QUALITY, LOVING care to call home. This facility has definitely been THE one! Her metamorphosis from being basically dependent on someone else for everything to being the strong, semi-independent woman I see when I look at her now is nothing short of miraculous! The caregivers are top- notch! The home is filled with love that’s evident when you open the door! All on the care team genuinely love the residents! There is truly 24/7/365 care here! Finding this care home has truly given my sister and me our lives back! She is thriving, and I am finally able to relax knowing she is and will be given the very best of care mixed with love!

From the moment I toured the facility, I felt a sense of peace and comfort that this was the place for our mom. After an exhausting battle with previous caregivers and their lack of care, GFCH was an absolute oasis. Mariann and Peter, along with all the staff, treat your loved one as if they were their loved one! I’m constantly amazed at the level of care they provide and the creative activities they do with the residents. It is truly a God-send!

Gracefully found care home is an excellent place to provide care for your love one. The home is extra clean, smells good and everything is orderly and neat. The moment you meet the owners, Mariann & Peter and visit the home you sense immediately that it’s more than a business it’s their calling. The staff do an excellent job and genuinely care for the residents while providing 24 hour care. They also have so many daily activities for the residents. From making crafts, singing songs, board games, movie time, animal visits, live music and field trips to pumpkin patches just to name a few. The owners along with the staff function like one big happy family. I highly recommend this care home. Definitely a 5 out of 5 star rating.
