THE RESIDENCE AT GRAMERCY

I moved in last June. Since than I have really enjoyed my time. They have real good activities for everyone. The activity director is amazing. They do have scheduled outings. The staff is amazing. I really do love being here.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Our family was given a 30-day notice that our loved one needed a higher level of care, but the facility offered no real help or guidance in finding a new placement. When we asked for an extension for financial reasons, we were told we’d just be served with an eviction notice instead. Eventually they agreed to extend, but when we tried to arrange to clean out the room on a weekend (to avoid missing more work), we were told that wasn’t allowed. Because of that, we’ve had to take more time off and are now at risk of losing our jobs. It’s disappointing that the facility couldn’t show more compassion or flexibility toward families going through an already stressful transition.

We moved mom in several months ago. She absolutely loves the care she gets. We are so thankful we found such a great home for her!

I have had an extremely positive experience with Grammery. My Dad was treated with respect from the first contact. Kirby H. Is a godsend. She is patient, kind and so helpful. This place is clean and fully staffed. The price is the best in town. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and to make you feel welcome. Recommend this place.

My mother’s been at Gramercy Hill over five years and she truly loves the facility. She’s commented many times on how the staff is so personable and professional. When we visit, we're always impressed with the employees, and the attention given to the residents; as well as the activities including guest musicians. And the food is very good! We highly recommend Gramercy Hill.
