My Mom was at Grand Brook from November 2021 until her passing in July 2025. I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful place Grand Brook is for your loved ones. The care and expertise that Janene and the staff show towards the residents is truly something special. The residents are loved, nurtured, and cared for each and every day. The staff truly cares about each resident and each family member and forms special relationships all along the way. I highly recommend Grand Brook for your loved one.

Grand Brook Memory Care Garland is the best place for our Mother Fern Boughton! She has the best care and support staff and enjoys the other residents.

My Mother-in-Law is at Grand Brook. Last time we arrived, my MIL was dressed so nicely, she was playing Bingo, and so happy! We wanted to take her to lunch and Becky, one of the aides asked us if she could please take my MIL to the bathroom first. Becky had the sweetest, genuine big smile. She said she was so happy to help. My MIL gets so much love there! We are so relieved to know her care is so genuinely loving.

If you are looking for top notch care for your loved one, Grand Brook Garland is where you need to be! Everyone from the Directors to Community Relations to the head nurse to the caregivers are FANTASTIC! My mother was there less than a week and I was greeted every visit by my first name. The facility takes time to talk with their incoming residents and family so that they know them personally. The facility is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and feels like home. The atmosphere is calm, which is very important. The food is well balanced and according to my mother, “delicious!” Activities are happening all day long and residents are engaged. The caregivers are held to a high standard here and I have witnessed love, patience and kindness. So thankful for a place that gives me peace of mind.
