Grand Emerald Place

I can’t say enough good things about Grand Emerald Place! The staff are incredibly caring and attentive; they truly treat residents like family. The environment is warm, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of activities that keep everyone engaged and active. Residents really thrive here, and it gives family members peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality care, friendly faces, and compassion.

I would not recommend living here. Very dirty. Lots of Bed bugs.

I Have been apart of the OPS Family for 6 months now and I must say I have never in my 18 years in healthcare felt more at home then i do with Ops living. The ownership and Management are both welcoming and easy to get along with. Very responsive to the needs of residents and staff alike. I would suggests OPS living facilities over any facility in the state of Indiana.

My great aunt lives here and I’m very unsatisfied with the staff and poor communication. She has gotten worse since she has been there trash overflowing laundry over flowing. Family has been cleaning the floors. I would not recommend this place.

I've been living here close to 4 months and I absolutely love it. Extremely clean facility, amazing employees and it really feels like a home. I highly recommend it for someone that needs that little extra help in their daily life.
