The level of care my mom receives is great. They treat her like family and even call her grandma which helps to get her to take her meds, shower or participate in activities.

Every single time I am there everyone is smiling. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The staff truly care about everyone who walks through the doors. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for assisted living and /or memory support. I promise you that you will find community and connection with everyone there.

Moving my dad to Bickford has been the smoothest transition for our family. We tell our friends how spoiled he is at Bickford. We are all one big family and I have complete trust in their staff and believe he’s getting the best care Grand Island has to offer.

I am so happy that we found Bickford of Grand Island for my mother. The place itself is beautiful and the staff is exceptional. I cannot say enough good. The activities they have for the residents are fun. It’s awesome to know that loving caring people are taking care of my mother.

I love the activities that Bickford provides to their residents. Each week I am seeing something new for them to enjoy! It is awesome! The smiles from residents and staff is amazing. It is so cool of all the events residents take in! Lots of opportunities for them! Keep up the beautiful hard work with everyone!
