The staff at Grand Villa of Deerfield have been absolutely amazing. Moving my dad into assisted living was a big decision, but they made the transition so smooth for both him and our family. From the very first day, everyone was so welcoming, patient, and kind, it truly felt like they cared about him as a person, not just a resident. It has been such a relief to see my dad settling in, engaging with others, and feeling comfortable in his new home. The compassion and support we’ve received during this time has meant the world to us. I’m so grateful we found a place where my dad is safe, cared for, and part of a community.

My friend Dora recently joined the community at Grand Villa. The staff welcomed Dora with kindness and compassion. She feels they have been very understanding in her transition from living alone to assisted living. They are always available to answer her questions and make sure her needs are met. The staff is very observant. One Saturday, she and I had left Grand Villa to go shopping and have a meal, so Dora missed her lunch and dinner times. When we returned they checked on her to make sure she was ok. Dora felt cared for. The entire staff is making this transition easier. Dora is grateful to everyone from the first meeting with the administrative staff: Trish, Felecia, and Diana to the compassionate nurses, to the smiling faces at the front desk, to the activities coordinators, and to the cooking, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Dora would highly recommend Grand Villa to those looking for Assisted Living.

Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach has been wonderful for my family. The staff truly cares, and my loved one feels happy and supported every day. It’s a relief to know they’re in a place where they’re safe and valued.

Today my son and I visited Grand Villa with my Mom. When we walked in, it looked so nice, clean, bright, lots of residents were out and about. Diana sat with us and asked lots of questions to my mom and I and then she took us around on a tour of the facility. It is so nice, the resident room floor plans are so generous, bright and welcoming. We followed up our visit with Trish who helped us so much, and answered many of our questions. Thank you very much.
