Inhumane. Terrible staff. Do better.

This place is horrible

Found a resident left at the nearby shopping store waiting for his ride. Had to Called Grandview get him picked up.

Residents are not checked on throughout the night. The staff drinks beer while working. Residents are often found wandering late at night. When Residents were asked where the staff was they said that they don't see them at night.

It's got new management and they need to answer the phone. This place will grow on you once you have been here for a while.
