Not a well-mannered, cultured man who was at the reception. A boorish and nervous person. How can such a person work in this place?

My uncle has been living here for 4years and he is so happy, the staff is very nice. I come and visit once in a while and i never had a complaint. The administrator yeni is always available and friendly, treats us like family. I have to say that this place has grown so much, the remodeling is looking nice. 😊

Yenni is amazing. Came here for a tour for my loved one and I couldn’t be more happy with the compassion, information and cleanliness of this place. The staff was friendly and helpful. I want to thank Yenni for helping me through this difficult time. I have since placed my aunt here and couldn’t be happier.

My brother lived at Grandview for many years before his passing. Yeni and the staff became like family to him and to us. This was very important to us, since nobody from the family lives in LA. They kept a careful watch on his health, spent time talking to him about books and history, which he loved. They helped him when he struggled with the technological devices, which enabled him to stay in daily contact with us. They made him feel special! In the last few months, our brother was hospitalized twice. When we couldn’t get in town to be with him, Yeni went for us. She called the family with updates and eased our minds with the above and beyond care that she willingly gave him. She encouraged him to keep up with his physical therapy in hopes that he could travel to us again. We cannot thank her enough for this! Thank God for putting people like Yeni and the Grandview staff in our lives! They are the best of us!

Awesome Board and Care. Nice facility, great meals and wonderful, caring staff. Yeni, the administrator, is dedicated and treats residents with the respect and kindness they deserve. Shout out to Margaret, a devoted volunteer. Your loved ones will be safe and well-cared for at this large, clean updated facility.
